Mr. Mohammed Jonayed Ahamed Jewel has demonstrated such a high spirit at every stage of his career with Epyllion to become the CMO (Chief Marketing Officer) recently.

Starting as a merchandising executive, he became the Team Leader within a very short time. Later he shaped a large Marketing & Merchandising team to meet the demand of the world’s top-class buyers. His resilient leadership during these last couple of years was instrumental to achieve sustainability in business. In personal life, he is a pro-marathoner, an athlete by choice.

Success does not come overnight. Success comes only through continuous effort and hard work. The depth of effort will determine the height of success.

Asma Begum is such an exemplary member of Epyllion Group. Throughout her journey for long 18 years in Epyllion, she has evolved herself into a successful individual. Her continuous effort, learning agility, and risk-taking behavior has paved her way from an Operator to Senior Line Chief.

In the early childhood, her life was full of downfalls and sorrows. Belonging from a middle-class family she had to stop her education when poverty stricken her life due to the massive loss for river erosion. Her life took a major turning point when she joined Epyllion. Within a short span of time, her work started to become visible. Her praise worthy work, started to gain the trust of the seniors. Her spirit and can-do approach enabled her to develop ownership and decision-making ability. And now she is in a position that she is leading two sewing lines as a Senior Line Chief.

Meet Ms. Rashida, a beacon of hope who has endured many challenges to be where she is right now. She has proven through her passion, dedication and effort that faith and hope always sustains.

Ms. Rashida started her career with Epyllion Group as a Technician in 2006. Since then, she has been extra cautious to ensure minimum struggle and happiness of her family. She is currently working as a Senior Officer in Product Development Center. Though it was full of challenges, her firmness towards hard work & ‘choose to challenge’ attitude has brought her to current position, a team leader. She has rightly proven that women possess the necessary capacity to perform and stand out.

On this International Women’s Day 2021, like Ms. Rashida, hundreds of women from RMG industry are in solidarity to encourage all the women of the world to “Choose to Challenge” in order to become equal partners in a bias-free world.

A B M Shajedur Rahman (Mithu) the COO of Garments Division, has hit a new score of his tenure with Epyllion recently. He joined in 2001 as a Merchandiser and now is leading as a top executive of the Management. He is a result-oriented leader and strategic thinker.

Mr. Mithu believes in exploring his team’s potential & developing them to meet the need of a fast-paced business. In his words, "My team is everything, I only keep their morale up, nothing more". He is such a kind of person yet full of energy. His team loves being around him, enjoy his vibrant presence. To him, "Life is very simple, we should take things as they come”.

We are pleased to introduce Gazi Ashique Mahmud, Business Planning Lead who has recently completed 15 Years with Epyllion. Congratulations!

He is a role model of “Leadership Without Rank” by heart and soul. He started as a Management Trainee in 2005. He loves to work in silence with full ownership and accountability. His contributions extend across every corner of the organization.

He follows a flexible leadership style and mentoring for continuous development. Further, he believes in empowering the young members to grow and accomplish higher responsibility. Epyllion nurtures and treasures such a professional so dearly.

Meet Ms.Fariha, the Role Model of many women who aspire to move their career forward and achieve the ladder of success. Ms. Fariha started her career with Epyllion Group at the entry level in industrial Engineering Department. It is not a very easy task to observe minutely how the needle and motion can have the optimum calibration.

Process, Efficiency, Innovation, Improvement are at the core of her work. She enjoys what she does and is passionate about making her footprint glow in the RMG industry . She is now in a lead role of Operation in one of the signature production units of the group. Three cheers for her.

Mr. Ranu Miah is tied up in such a sweet bond with Epyllion for more than 20 years. He has become highly skilled since then and now leading the Product Development Center. As a tribute to his professionalism, Epyllion set a ‘Fair Price Shop’ after his name "Ranu" (in English ‘pollen’, a source of life).
