To satisfy the needs of the fast changing and emerging potential textile market, Epyllion introduced its very first fabrics manufacturing plant in 2003. Since inception our ideology is to serve Textile industry with innovation, value creation and transparency. In 2007 we've simply doubled our production facility and now have a 50 ton capacity per month with most modern technology & machines. Textile Division comprises of Knitting, Fabric Dyeing, Yarn Dyeing, Washing, Fabric Testing Lab, and a passionate R&D wing to unlock the windows for future. Our valued customers treat us as their one stop sustainable partners in Textile arena and our aim is to serve all of the potential customers of Textile Industry.
Knitting
Fabrics versatility is the key to business and the capability of producing numerous fabrics and design may help to open new door in future. Here, Epyllion always would like to be one step ahead of competitors to grab the opportunity. At present, we have 185 circular-knit and 60 flat-knit machines that can produce all types of Single Jersey, Double Jersey, Jacquard, Engineering Stripe fabrics along with Semi-Jacquard and Jacquard design collar & Cuff. We pledge to be the fast mover on diversified quality with the new technology from courser to super-fine fabrics in weft knitted arena.
Knitting

Dyeing
Dyeing section is the heart of Knit fabrics manufacturing plant in the aspect of product safety and profitability of an organization. Epyllion is very much eager to and conscious about adoption of modern technology, upgradation of machines, chemical auto-dispensing system for recipe accuracy, software to analyze production recipe and product safety by using environmental sustainable chemistry from world renowned supply base. Currently, 'Dyeing section' is equipped with 28 technologically advanced bulk and 40 sample machines that can produce 50-ton fabrics daily to cater to own consumption.
Finishing
Finishing is all about value addition for us as our production line is not a conventional one rather unique and efficient. Over the years we have made an effort by introducing newest technology of finishing line to make fabrics unmatched and exceptional in regard to physical and technical properties of fabrics. Our Finishing line is open that contains two 'Relaxed Drying Finishing' line and five 'Open-Setting Finishing' line through ultra-modern 'Compacting Finishing' line which is really unique in the Textile arena. Moreover, a dedicated team is working to furnish customer demands of numerous finishing over fabrics by adding different value on fabrics quality like Peaching, Brushing, Singeing, Shearing and imerizing. All of our facilities are under one umbrella along with very special and unparallel 'Compacting Finish for delicate fabrics.
