As a regular practice in Epyllion, Annual Business Plan (ABP) week 2022-23 was observed last week. This yearâs ABP week turned into a festivity with everyoneâs participation, from Chairman to Executives of different concerns. The main objective was to get everyone engaged to assure the collaboration amongst the group.
Together we discussed and decided how to excel in terms of Capability Build-up, owning Target Matrix, Assure the Assurance, increase Community Engagement at greater extend, Optimize Resources, Leverage Technology and most of all, engage people impactfully and empower them to achieve the goal.
The main motto of this yearâs ABP âPeople Engagement & Empowermentâ was thoroughly inbuilt in the week-long workshops itself.

At Epyllion we support the new joiners in embracing the newness of Epyllion. We make sure that the new journey doesn\'t feel like turbulence to them.
The Newly Joined Officials are introduced with a Buddy who is an existing employee of Epyllion and very well aware of Epyllion culture. Buddy is responsible to make the new joiners comfortable with all the much-needed information and provide necessary guidance to help them settle down quickly. As a result, the new joiners gain the much-needed confidence & find ways to contribute to the business faster than otherwise.
This association runs for six months and after that they evaluate their Buddies. Based on the evaluation we recognize and award the Best Buddies who put their effort & contribution to help the new colleagues to adapt with Epyllionâs culture, norms, values & philosophies.

To encourage the next generation about sports, Epyllion Group has taken a great initiative to restructure Mohsin Club in a new form after 79 Years.
Mohsin Club will be a sports hub for everyone, from children to the adults of Narayanganj area. It will also archive the glorious sports moments of Narayanganj .The ground will include indoor games, library, gymnasium beside training in Football, Cricket, Chess, Table Tennis and Badminton.
It will be the beginning of a new era of sports and sportsmanship with the advent of Mohsin Club.
