Congratulations Epyllion Style Limited for winning the award from Marks & Start program for empowering people with disability. Since 2014 Epyllion Style Limited is working with CRP (Center for the rehabilitation of the paralyzed) for creating working opportunities by targeting people with disability.

Presently at Epyllion Style Limited 42 people with a disability are engaged with their most suitable job and they are earning their living with honor.

This year the members of Epyllion have witnessed new year in a different aspect. The 1st day of the year has started with the inspirational speech from our Chairman, Reaz Uddin Al-Mamoon, Director, Md. Junaid Abu Salay Musa and MANCOM Members.

As a regular practice in Epyllion, Annual Business Plan (ABP) week 2022-23 was observed last week. This year’s ABP week turned into a festivity with everyone’s participation, from Chairman to Executives of different concerns. The main objective was to get everyone engaged to assure the collaboration amongst the group.

Together we discussed and decided how to excel in terms of Capability Build-up, owning Target Matrix, Assure the Assurance, increase Community Engagement at greater extend, Optimize Resources, Leverage Technology and most of all, engage people impactfully and empower them to achieve the goal.

At Epyllion we support the new joiners in embracing the newness of Epyllion. We make sure that the new journey doesn\'t feel like turbulence to them.

The Newly Joined Officials are introduced with a Buddy who is an existing employee of Epyllion and very well aware of Epyllion culture. Buddy is responsible to make the new joiners comfortable with all the much-needed information and provide necessary guidance to help them settle down quickly. As a result, the new joiners gain the much-needed confidence & find ways to contribute to the business faster than otherwise.

To encourage the next generation about sports, Epyllion Group has taken a great initiative to restructure Mohsin Club in a new form after 79 Years.

Mohsin Club will be a sports hub for everyone, from children to the adults of Narayanganj area. It will also archive the glorious sports moments of Narayanganj .The ground will include indoor games, library, gymnasium beside training in Football, Cricket, Chess, Table Tennis and Badminton.

'খেয়া' ( কিন্ হ্যান্ড ফর এডুকেশনাল অ্যাসিস্ট্যান্ট) প্রজেক্টের মাধ্যমে ইপিলিয়ন গ্রুপ ২০১২ সাল থেকে মেধাবী শিক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষাবৃত্তি এবং ক্যারিয়ার কাউন্সিলিং প্রদান করছে। খেয়া শিক্ষার্থীদের একাডেমিক শিক্ষার পাশাপাশি সফ্ট স্কিল প্রদানের মাধ্যমে ভবিষ্যৎ কর্মদক্ষতার জন্যে সুদক্ষ করে গড়ে তোলার লক্ষ্যে গঠন করা হয়েছে খেয়া একাডেমি। খেয়া স্কলারশিপ প্রাপ্ত শিক্ষার্থী, ইপিলিয়ন পরিবারের সদস্যসহ আগ্রহী কমিউনিটি মেম্বারদের জন্যে খেয়া একাডেমির কোর্স গুলি উন্মুক্ত । খেয়া একাডেমী পাইলটিং প্রোগ্রামে ৩ মাস ব্যাপী এম এস এক্সেল প্রফেশনাল, কম্পিউটার প্রোগ্রামিং এবং স্পোকেন ইংলিশ কোর্স চালু করা হয় । সম্প্রতি এম এস এক্সেল প্রফেশনাল কোর্সটি ৪৪ জনকে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদান শেষ করেছে এবং পরীক্ষার মাধ্যমে ১৯ জনকে সার্টিফিকেট প্রদান করা হয়েছে। খেয়া একাডেমীতে প্রশিক্ষণ প্রদানের জন্যে দেশের সনামধন্য ১৩ টির অধিক বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের শিক্ষার্থী, ইপিলিয়ন পরিবারের সদস্য এবং ৫ টি দেশের ভলান্টিয়ার মেন্টর হিসাবে সর্বমোট ১১৮ জন প্রশিক্ষক সংযুক্ত হয়েছেন। আগামীতে খেয়া একাডেমী এম এস অফিস, প্রোগ্রামিং এবং গ্রাফিক্স ডিজানিং সহ নতুন নতুন প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে কাজ করবে এবং সকলে একসাথে দক্ষতা উন্নয়নের এই ধারাবাহিকতাকে এগিয়ে নিয়ে যাবে।
